Our firm’s focus is on protection of our communities and environment from the adverse impacts and economic pressures of development, pollution, logging, and other land uses.

Comprehensive Legal Representation For Environmental Concerns
Advocating for the environment takes many forms. We fight for individuals and groups who are negatively impacted by development and provide solutions and ideas towards trying to minimize those adverse impacts. This means helping clients understand and engage in the permitting and land use process and helping them navigate local, state, and federal environmental laws. We assist our clients in identifying and addressing the adverse impacts of government decisions related to land use and development.
Our team is small, which means we can provide hands-on, one-on-one guidance you won’t find at a larger firm. However, our 80+ years of combined experience means you have access to decades of knowledge. We pride ourselves on remaining adaptable, yet persistent, while fighting the legal battles our clients need.
Successful Litigation In Both Local And Federal Courts
Whether we’re litigating on behalf of environmental concerns such as pollution or the destruction of wetlands, or we’re advocating for clients in boundary line disputes, our legal team remains tenacious and dedicated every step of the way. We have litigated a wide range of matters, including local cases related to land use and zoning before hearing examiners and city/county councils, state cases related to trespass, negligence, and property disputes; and federal cases related to the Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act and more.
We aren’t afraid to fight for our clients’ interests, and we do everything in our power to protect our communities and the environment.
